Cupid has scored his second direct hit in the #walk1000miles community!
After the thrilling engagement of Guy ‘I never believed in love at first sight’ Brindle and Kathy ‘I expected to carry on being single’ Fisher last year, we are overjoyed to learn of a second marriage that wouldn’t have happened were it not for the challenge.
Karen Hegarty from Worcestershire announced the happy news in the Facebook group last week:
““I did walk 1000 miles in 2017 and that December through walking I met the lovely man in the photos below. Last week he asked me to take a short but life changing walk down the aisle of our local church. Thanks CW and #walk1000miles for changing my life in a totally unexpected way.””
