We might be facing difficult times – but how do we reach the other side in the best possible shape?

We walk there.

Walking is compatible with the demands of social distancing and according to doctors it’s the best thing you can do to boost your immunity, strengthen your morale and prepare your body for whatever life throws at it. We really can get to a better place – and achieve something incredible – one step at a time. That’s what #walk1000miles is all about – walking for a little under an hour (or 2.74 miles) a day, every day, to give yourself motivation, a sense of achievement and allow your body to do what it’s evolved to do – achieve its best possible state of tune by doing what comes naturally.

You may not think there’s much wrong with your life right now. But just wait til you meet the person you’ll be at the end of this 1000-mile journey. Now THEY’RE amazing. The journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step, and today’s the perfect time to start. Sign up – and let’s get through it together.

‘It is very important that children and adults take exercise. Being outside is a very good thing to do.’
